Vertical Machining Centers: VDL/VDF Series

VDL-1200P Vertical Machining Center

This machine features high reliability, high-precision and high rigidity. It is suitable for machining small to medium batches of plate and disc parts. Linear and circular interpolation can be performed during operation. Various operations like milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping can be finished automatically in one set up.

The VDL-1200P is equipped with an automatic table exchanger offering repeatability up to 0.01 mm, with an exchange time of only 45 seconds.

CNC rotary tables can be fitted to this machine, providing 4th axis capability and when used in conjunction with a tailstock, offers the additional flexibility of machining shaft type components.
