DL-MH Series CNC Turning Centers

  • The DL-MH series are 3 axis turning centres for turning and milling parts in a single set up. The machines are controlled by a FANUC 0i-TC system.
  • For the DL-MH series, DMTG have developed a specially reinforced cylindrical one-piece base casting on a 45° slant angle. This base design accommodates a much heavier loading leading to exceptionally high rigidity, good vibration absorption and great stiffness to ensure very high accuracy machining.
  • The wide-range main spindle AC servo motor provides the machine with particularly high torque at low speed, and together with a high resolution spindle pulse encoder and a hydraulic spindle brake ensures high accuracy indexing milling during C axis work.
