Main Features

  • All main components, bed, headstock, saddle, plinth etc are high quality solid castings
  • Low friction Turcite-B coating on all surfaces between saddle and guideways
  • Precision ballscrews and highly rigid precision bearings ensure accurate positioning and heavy cutting capability
  • Centralised oil system provides forced automatic lubrication onto ballscrews and surfaces
  • Choice of two model ranges. THE CKE-Z series has automatic headstock gear change, wide range high spindle speed and low noise levels of under 80db. The CKE-i series, with independent spindle structure, utilises a frequency converted spindle motor or servomotor to offer stepless high spindle speeds.
  • Operator adjustable control panel enables convenient tool setting
  • Fully enclosed guards with interlock offer a waterproof and chip-free environment
  • Horizontal 4-P automatic indexing toolpost is provided as standard, while vertical 4-P toolpost, horizontal 6-P toolpost, quick-change toolpost etc can also be supplied to suit customers’ specific requirements
  • Optional pneumatic or hydraulic chuck and tailstock are available
  • FANUC, SIEMENS, FAGOR etc control systems can be supplied. E-handwheel function is also available
